Dubbin

Another Devonport company, William Dubbin operated between 1882 and 1916 at premises in James Street.

Amongst the company’s bottles that are recovered regularly are a variety of stoneware ginger beer bottles and Codd bottles bearing the company’s octagonal trade mark. The company is also known to have used bulb neck Codd bottles and the Sykes MacVay 6 indent patent although these are extremely rare finds.
